Route Survey & Optimum Route Selection
Route Survey & Optimum Route Selection: Check survey in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification, including Full ground survey with change of route, if any, tower plotting and preparation and submission of route maps, profile drawings, SIMM documents, etc.
Geotechnical Investigations incl. taking samples, logging and lab testing
Geotechnical Investigations incl. taking samples, logging and lab testing: Soil resistivity tests.
Design
- Plan & profile design for PGCB submission & Approval.
- Selection of Structure from Existing PGCB Tower/Pole List for PGCB submission & Approval.
- Finalization of Conductor & OPGW for PGCB submission & Approval.
- Finalization of Insulator for PGCB submission & Approval.
- Finalization of Fittings for PGCB submission & Approval.
- Full final BOQ.
- Soil Investigation in all locations.
- Foundation Design for PGCB submission & Approval.

- Development of stringing chart of phase conductor and OPGW.
Civil Foundation Works
Civil Foundation Works: for towers/poles including all setting out, Concrete, Reinforcement, Excavation, Pumping, Stub-Setting, Geo-technical Investigation, Shuttering, Leveling, Timbering, supply & Installation of foundation steel-work, Earthing Materials, Back-filling, approved Protective Coating & site clearing etc.
Erection
Erection: complete with all stubs, nuts, bolts, locking nuts, washers, phase conductor and earthwire swivels/shackles, step bolts, tower notice and identification plates, ACDs, protective coating, earthing etc.
